Serving Tips:
Shake well before use. Separation is normal due to the natural demulsification of the fat content in the milk. Since our goat milk is not pasteurized, in order to maintain its healthy bacteria, enzymes, and antibodies that are naturally present in the milk, the milk will separate into a fatty cream layer and a non-fatty liquid layer due to the fat content in the cream demulsifying from the other liquids.
Storing & Thawing:
Store frozen products in the freezer. Thaw in the fridge before use. Best if fed within 10 days of thawing.
Sanitation Tips:
Wash hands, utensils, counters, food dishes, and related areas thoroughly with hot, soapy water after each feeding.
