Excellent Customer Service January 27, 2023 Reviewer: Laura from Adams Center, NY United States   Originally I ordered the Complete Beef, Chicken & Turkey Value Pack, 30 lbs.  I have a very picky cat and he refused to eat the chicken and turkey.  Come to find out he's allergic to chicken and maybe the turkey was too close to the smell of the chicken? Whatever the reason, I still wanted to do business with Raw Paws. I spoke with customer service and told them about my picky cat and was hoping I could get just the beef for the 30 lb value pack deal.  They said absolutely!  I was so suprised and happy!  My cat can't get enough of the beef!  He loves it!  Thank you so much Raw Paws for working with me and my picky cat!!!! Great product, packaged and ships well.... The packaging is perfect and always arrives frozen even when the weather is warm. My little Sheltie gets excited when it's meal time, and this pleases me. Best dog food EVER ! January 27, 2023 Reviewer: Ellen H from NJ United States   Switched my boxer pup to this food about 2 weeks ago as soon as I received the order.  It arrived in PERFECT condition and frozen solid !   My puppy has adjusted perfectly to this diet !  No more smelly gas or liquid stools in the yard !   He jumps and twists at feeding time and cannot WAIT to get to his bowl !
